English As A Second Language - Classes are offered  in four instructional levels: Survival, Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced. Students are placed according to their ability level. A placement test is given to assess students’ ability.

Adult Basic Education - Students will be placed in Literacy, Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced classes based on the results of the placement tests. These courses are designed to strengthen the students’ basic math, reading comprehension and grammar skills. Once mastered, they will continue to the GED class.

GED - Students will focus on improving their skills in the five subjects tested on the official GED exam: Math, Social Studies, Science, Reading and Writing. These classes are offered in English and Spanish.

GED Tutorial - Designed for those students who need additional help in Writing and Math. This class is offered by appointment and space is limited.

Citizenship - This course prepares students for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) exam and interview of U.S. History.

Students must be assessed at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Prepare to become a US Citizen by studying for the
    US Naturalization Interview and Test.
  • Course covers US History, Government and Civics.
*Must be able to read, write and speak English to pass the test.
